- Analysis of company policies and procedures to identify possible barriers to Employment Equity.
- Development and implementation of relevant policies to Employment Equity
- Establishing an Employment Equity Committee, and facilitation of meetings and recording of minutes of meetings.
- Demographic analysis of the workforce.
- Development of an Employment Equity Plan and Affirmative Action Measures to address gaps in the demographics and company procedures.
- Completion and submission of Employment Equity Reports on-line to the Department of Labour by the scheduled deadline.
